1.   The unique wall panel + moving column structure, plus the X-direction three-rail design, provides powerful cutting capabilities, exceeding your expectations.Verified by many customers, it is superior to the traditional fixed column structure in terms of rigidity, precision, speed and stability.

2.  All structural parts are analyzed by finite element to optimize the structure to ensure the stability of the precision of the machine tool in the cutting state, and the mechanical rigidity is increased by 30% compared with the traditional design.

3.  The base adopts box-shaped structure, thick rib wall and multi-layer rib wall design, which can minimize thermal deformation, can withstand static and dynamic distortion and deformation stress, and ensure high rigidity and high stability of the bed.

4.  The integrated overall spindle made in Taiwan meets the requirements of high rigidity, high speed and high precision of the machine tool at the same time. The labyrinth design inside the spindle effectively prevents cutting oil and foreign matter from entering, increases the stability of the spindle, and ensures the service life of the bearing.

5.  The two axes adopt the structural form of Taiwan's heavy-duty roller linear guide + C3 high-speed silent precision ball screw, which has the characteristics of small frictional resistance, strong bearing capacity, and high repeat positioning accuracy.

6.    The two-axis servo transmission system adopts the pre-tensioning structure of the screw, which effectively offsets the thermal expansion caused by the temperature rise of the screw and makes the machine tool have stable precision.

7.    Imported heavy-duty roller linear guides are adopted, with large load capacity and high precision.  They have the rigidity of heavy-duty hard rails and fast moving line rails with low wear, suitable for heavy-duty cutting and high-speed cutting.

8.    The X/Z axis adopts high-precision ball screw and special bearing for the screw, which has good precision retention.
