The ZLS-Hi+ series PM VSD screw air compressor choose a new optimized air-end, the large air-end with low RPM brings large air discharge. Meanwhile, the air-end is equipped with a new design PM motor that reaches high energy efficiency.
IE4 high-efficiency permanent magnet motor
The new Jaguar ZLS Hi+mainframe adopts a large head ratio, IP65 eight level permanent magnet motor coaxial drive, ultra-low speed, ultra-low noise, and the head has been selected through long-term simulation test and type test, with the exhaust volume reaching the leading level in the industry. The coaxial transmission replaces the original elastic coupling transmission, which greatly increases the reliability, transmission efficiency and the service life of the transmission module.
The lE4 permanent magnet motor is made of rare earth permanent magnet materials. In order to ensure that the permanent magnet in the permanent magnet motor will not contact the external environment, Jaguar's air compressor adopts a liquid cooling system designed independently and innovatively. The permanent magnet motor is cooled with coolant to ensure that the permanent magnet motor does not lose its magnetism.

The VSD variable frequency control technology of Jaguar's permanent magnet variable frequency series closely conforms to the actual air demand. The fully automatic air compressor adjusts the variable frequency with the user's air pressure. By adjusting the motor speed and controlling the air flow generated by the screw air compressor, the fully automatic air compressor caters to the user's actual air demand to greatly save energy.
